1. Shipping Policy

Please allow 1–2 business days for handling and packaging. If your order contains embroidery, please allow an additional 10–14 business days for customization.

Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Please note that Priority Shipping is 1–3 business days but does not include handling time or non-business days (Saturday & Sunday). For example, if you choose priority shipping on a Friday evening, transit time updates will begin on Monday.

JMEDIC Wears is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your package leaves our facility.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@jmedicwear.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to weather, postal strikes, or carrier disruptions.

Lost or stolen packages: JMEDIC is not responsible for lost packages. Once an order leaves JMEDIC, responsibility transfers to the delivery carrier. Please contact your carrier to initiate a claims report for locating or reimbursing lost or stolen items.

Please check your spam folder for order confirmations or updates. Add our email to your address book to prevent messages from going to spam.

2. Preorders & Backorders

  • You will receive an estimated shipping window at checkout.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise requested.
